OUR SERVICE
Graphite Materials
We have sufficient stock of graphite materials of various grades and sizes to guarantee delivery to our customers.
Machines
We serve the cutting of various sizes of graphite material according to customer needs with a band saw machine specially designed for graphite cutting.
To serve the demand for cylindrical shape, we use a lathe which is specially designed for working graphite material.
For a variety of block shapes, steps, and other shapes with a high degree of precision, we use a special graphite manual milling machine.
And we have CNC milling machines with special specifications for graphite to serve the demands of various complex geometries and high precision, contouring and profiling, engraving, and manufacturing of EDM electrodes used in the mold industry.
To provide quality assurance to customers, especially the geometric accuracy of the graphite material we work with, we have a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) machine.

EDM machine electrode
We provide graphite material and also provide graphite machining process services for the manufacture of EDM electrodes used for mold making. Many mold manufacturing jobs require the EDM process due to the high level of difficulty and the demands for cost efficiency, in which not all cavity work can be done by direct milling. We help our customer mold-makers to provide productive, precise and efficient EDM electrodes.
Application for high temperature
Various uses of graphite for applications that require heat resistance, such as crucibles in the precious metal smelting and molding industry, glass/glass molding processes, aluminum smelting processes (die casting), aluminum/zinc extrusion processes and others. We serve various shapes and sizes according to customer requests based on technical drawings.
Applications for heat treatment processes (Heat Treatment)
One of the high-tech products, namely C/C Composite, in the form of carbon fiber that is strong, lightweight and heat-resistant, very suitable for use as a rack/tray to accommodate large amounts of heat-processed workpieces, for example: hardening, annealing, tempering, nitriding, vacuum furnaces and others commonly used in the metal/steel component industry.
